This expression undergoes initial aging in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels and a finishing period in Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux barrels, resulting in a luscious fruitiness. Situated on the Isle of Jura in the Inner Hebrides, the Jura distillery is owned by Whyte and Mackay, a Glasgow-based company.
