Jefferson's The Manhattan Barrel Finished Cocktail

Crafted in collaboration with Esquire's Editor-in-Chief, David Granger, this barrel-finished cocktail features six-year-old Jefferson’s Bourbon. The process involves aging Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon in 53-gallon barrels with black-cherry bitters, along with sweet and dry vermouth. This creation leans more towards flavored Bourbon than a traditional cocktail.
